Sol 2781 is now in Beta Reading stage, and turned out to be even longer than I expected. Fifty per cent extra plot means fifty per cent extra length, and that means all the publishing preparation stages like copyedit and proofreading will take fifty per cent longer.
Given that some real-life chaos has hit me as well, Sol 2781 will be out in June, but probably much nearer the end of June than the beginning. My apologies that the real-life chaos includes intermittent internet access, so I may be slow responding to comments e.t.c.

With all that extra (much anticipated) plot, would you say its now longer the Array? :fingers-crossed:

I would say that it is currently 54.9 per cent longer than Array, but I’m hoping to remove a few unnecessary words in publishing preparation to get it down to precisely 50 per cent longer than Array.
Of course, it may get longer instead of shorter. š

Seriously, I’m sorry you’re having real life chaos right now, but your books are always worth the wait. I look forward to the end of June.
P.S. In star-shaped fried potatoes and saus, is it just the potatoes that are star-shaped, or do they fancy up the saus as well?

I’ll update the coming next page. Basically the final prep is progressing, but the length of the book means the stages take longer.
