This post should have been both announcing the new short story, and rambling on about the events of the past year. The rambling bit has to wait a couple of days though because I had a routine hospital appointment yesterday (yes, the only appointment available was for New Year’s Eve), which left me a bit more battered than expected.
Fortunately, I had the sense to post the new story on the website in advance. Your Move, Drago is a very short story set in the Portal Future and features Drago Tell Dramis. It takes place after the events covered in the Earth Girl trilogy, but should be spoiler free for new readers, while giving a glimpse of things to come for those who have already read the Earth Girl trilogy
